The location is fantastic: just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the marina, and the Palace, with shops, bakeries, and other amenities only 7 minutes away. The house has been furnished with great taste and character. Everything follows a consistent style, yet each piece has its own unique twist. There isn't a single ordinary chest of drawers; every one is beautifully curved and full of personality. Everywhere you look, there is another delightful detail waiting to be discovered. This charming atmosphere is perfectly balanced with modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area with a large table, and a lovely courtyard. Giovanni and Licia are exceptionally responsive and helpful hosts, always willing to assist when needed. I can confidently say that this is a genuine place run by genuine, caring people. The property matches its description perfectly, and our experience exceeded expectations. If it fits your budget, I would highly recommend staying at the place created by Giovanni and Licia. It's a unique and memorable home in an outstanding location.

The only minor drawback for us was having to park on the street. We were initially hesitant, but the street is very quiet and we always found a space within a 30-second walk of the front door.

A beautiful, fully equipped house in an excellent location, as soon as you walk in, you feel right at home
