Great location in Asakusa, main areas walkable. Very friendly staff and clean room.
You can receive a very small room so just be prepared for that.

A great stay in Asakusa. Room was awesome.
More knowledge from junior staff members on issues….or at least who we thought was a junior staff member as he seemed quite lost when asked questions.
Other than that a great stay.

Location: very happy with the neighbourhood: best in Tokyo, for us. The place's location inside the neighbourhood, at about 800m (or so Google said, seemed more to our tired selves) from the closest metro station, gives you the opportunity to explore the neighbourhood a bit, which is great - advice: don't stay on the main avenue, go explore!
No noise from the street.
The place: bed was comfy enough, the NFC on the wall interesting. wifi was very good. bathroom was good overall: private, hot water, working appliances. Good lift, good common room, working washing machine and drier.
The staff: the staff varies a lot during your stay and they all were nice and helpful. the last day, at checkout, the woman even gifted us 2 umbrellas, because it was raining heavily outside, which since we had to spend a few more hours in the city, were a life saver. We will be forever grateful.
The place is really really too small (and we were used to Japan's usual room size by now, had no complaints elsewhere).
The full "room" was taken up by the bed (a "twin room" where the only bed was a queen-size one, which in itself to be honest is unexpected but was not a problem), so even putting down backpacks (2) and shoes filled basically any space left.
(Some noise from neighbours, but that's hardly the place's fault, except maybe the walls could be a bit thicker.)
The bathroom was so small and packed with the "appliances" that even for someone a little on the short side like me it was quite difficult to fit in the bathroom while sitting on the toilet, fit in the "tub" while showering, and quite impossible to lean down for any reason, except in the tub itself. We had a good laugh or two wondering how tall or chubby people would manage in there - the airplane bathroom was more roomy/comfortable.
Also: granted the weather those days did not help (extremely humid - though, once again, we had no such problems elsewhere, despite the same weather), but after the first day and showers, the full place retained so much dampness that you could lay down on the bed and raise after a minute feeling your skin wet all over. That is, despite keeping window open (and, to an extent, the door), and the ventilation on. No wonder there was a start of mold on the curtains.
