Apartment was clean and close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and everything needed for the weekend. Carpark east access.

Three flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

First, the positives. This apartment was clean, spacious and had a super comfortable bed as well as a lovely sunny balcony. The kitchen was reasonably well kitted out though it could’ve done with a wok and a bigger pot for pasta. Also, a mop would be handy to keep the kitchen floor clean. It’s in the lovely suburb of Balmain, a leafy area close to bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a good range of shops. The downside is the 6 flights of stairs which were a bit of a trial when you have luggage. And the strange sink in the en suite bathroom which had no plug and also tilted weirdly so that toothbrushes and soap kept falling off . But overall, there is plenty to recommend it.

I would l8ke to have been warned about the stairs.

Had problems gaining access to the property as we didn't have access to a phone or wi fi because of travelling so had to find alternative accommodation for one night, would be useful if it stated no elevator as we are both 80 and i found it difficult to reach the apartment which was on the top floor especially with suitcases, 2 of the light bulbs in the kitchen didn't work, overall the property immaculately clean and comfortable
