The apartment itself was above what we expected, happy with the layout, bathroom was really nice (toilet a bit high but ok), kitchen had all the appliances needed (coffeemaker, kettler...) plus complimentary coffee, tea, oil... No complaint about that, to be honest. A small washing machine that we used (you get one pod). The neighborhood, for as, was amazing, outside of busy tourist parts. The metro and bus station are within walking distance few minutes.

1. Everything you heard about people complaining about the noise is sadly true. We read those complaints, but we had very limited options for travelling, so we hoped that the complaints were exaggerated. They are not. Maybe some rooms are less noisy. Our was not. The hotel is built on top of the supermarket (the ground floor is the market, the first floor are apartments). We had an issue with the automatic door from the grocery store below, so you hear the noise and vibration, which is not pleasant. And you can imagine how often the door from the grocery store is used. A lot. I wrote the hotel, and they asked me to send the audio of the problem. But it is not easy to record vibration on the phone. They know about this problem, since they provide you with earplugs on your nightstand. So asking for "record me a sound" is not really needed. They said they are fully booked and could not help us. 2. The registration process for check-in is borderline legal. They ask for a picture of the passport and to take selfi. I do understand, as a frequent flyer and legally knowledgeable person, that certain info is needed when only the online check-in process is available, but by law, there are limitation how that information is collected. I tried to write them about it, and they answered that it is a procedure and that it is legal. Still do not feel it is the proper way to collect sensitive personal data.
