What’s not to like. Great if you just want to sit and relax enough walking and eating in Ferriby to keep you busy. Perfect for exploring the local areas Hull 10 mins away station literally around corner in a good way.

Comfortable and clean.
Continuous train noise from bridge next to house
Unable to park directly outside property
Tiny outside space for dog unsuitable for medium or larger breeds not secure.
Stairs to narrow and steep
No upstairs toilet.
Property unsuitable and unsafe for young children or mature people or anyone with mobility issues.
Owner was very rude when I accidentally left item behind, I returned immediately to get it, after being notified, and reminded that time was money for him to pay his cleaner.
