Very comfortable, clean room - perfect for 2 who are out and about all day and a need quiet place to sleep and shower.
Convenient amenities that were greatly appreciated (single coffee maker, hot plate, pans, dishes....) and quick, courteous responses to any questions we had.

Great location. Right in between the party on Duvall and the southernmost point. Easy access to everything. The pool was beautiful and so clean.

We enjoyed our accommodations at Pierre's Perch. Our room was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed and it was close to everything. The only negative is on street parking.

The property was actually much smaller than we expected. You could barely move around, and you could only access one side of the bed. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was not enclosed. The entire bathroom floor got wet when you showered. The first night I went into the bathroom and there were 2 cockroaches in there. We saw one cockroach the next night as well. It was said that you had to park wherever you could find a spot - good luck finding something where you didn't need a permit to park. Overall, the stay was ok. I don't think we would stay here again.
