A new kind of stay option: work and vacation. This place is wonderful option for both.

The property is conveniently located and the room itself is spacious, which makes it a comfortable base for exploring Jeju City. However, do note that there’s a short flight of stairs before reaching the elevator; something to keep in mind if you’re travelling with large or heavy luggage.
Service is very minimal; you’ll hardly see anyone on duty. Communication could also be improved. I didn’t receive check-in details beforehand despite a message being sent, and my follow-up went unanswered until much later, after I had already checked out.
There’s no air-conditioning during the cooler season, so the room can get stuffy. You can open the window for ventilation, though it can get quite noisy from the street outside.
Additionally, luggage storage is chargeable, which wasn’t communicated in advance.
Overall, it’s a decent stay if you’re independent and prefer a self-service style accommodation, but best not to expect much assistance or comfort amenities on-site.
