The upstairs offers privacy with two sleeping areas. The loft with a new queen-sized bed and the other with two new twin beds with beauty rest mattresses that can be converted to king bed. Built in wardrobes and a washer and dryer round out the upper level for a comfortable stay.

The condo has been renovated with attention to detail; exposed beams and beautiful build-ins complete this work of art and create a wonderful experience of being welcomed home. The bus stop in front of the condo will take you straight into Vail Village in 10 minutes. There is also reserved parking for one vehicle for our guests. There is also free parking along the north side of Vail View Dr. Please abide by all posted signage. is not responsible for any parking fines, both boots or tow. *This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. There are two steep driveways to get to the condo. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.
