The location was ok and the lady that came to greet us gave some good tips on the city.
Bed and pillows are comfortable. Call in advanve of your arrival or you'll wait outside.
City tax can be paid with CC
It was a bit dirty with hair found here and there. The units are on the street so basically no open windows.
Coffee is in shared area and you wake up everyone by making coffee. Perhaps it was a big apartment split into some rooms.

Great location, we walked the park multiple times. Great host too, who gave us great recommendations on where to eat and get groceries.
Being picky, the mattress is showing some wear and isn't perfectly flat. I would still book this place again without a second thought.
