The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach, offering privacy, comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. A great place to enjoy peaceful mornings, beautiful sunrises, and long walks along the beach. The area is very quiet, making it ideal for recharging and enjoying some peace of mind. The nearby marina is another great advantage, with cafés and restaurants offering Arabic, Turkish, Japanese and other cuisines. There is also a SPAR mini market for essential groceries. We also enjoyed exploring As Sifah and the surrounding towns, an opportunity to experience the local culture. One small tip for visitors: drive carefully, especially at night, as goats and donkeys can sometimes wander onto the roads, and some areas have limited lighting. The villa is also well located for visiting nearby wadis and natural attractions, making it a great base for exploring the region. The host was excellent throughout our stay. Communication was always prompt, clear, helpful. Any questions were answered quickly, and even minor issues or missing details were acknowledged and addressed immediately with a willingness to help. I sincerely recommend this villa and would happily stay here again. Inshallah, we will be back soon.

One suggestion for improvement: more proactive communication about important facilities. During our stay, the swimming pool next to the villa was closed for a significant maintenance project. As a result, we had to drive to another pool within the resort complex. While this was not a major issue, knowing about it in advance would have helped us plan better.

Nice modern and spacious villa with sea view. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, nice bathroom. Only 1/2 hour drive from very nice coastal walks around Al Khairan.

The villa is within a new development, so Google Maps won't help you to get there and we didn't get detailed enough instructions. The closest restaurant (11minutes walking) is an outdoor venue, which was too cold for us on a windy January evening. Other restaurants are 25 minutes walking. Didn't expect so many mosquitos, even during the day in winter. The bed was too soft for us.
