The host was outstanding and great with communications. Definitely newly redone perfectly. The location was excellent straight across from the tram station. Stores, restaurants and coffee shop very close. The small corner coffee shop was excellent with friendly service. Parking, easy and secure. It was by far the best VRBO we stayed at in Italy! We will certainly return!

Fabulous property. Management was flawless. Communicated well. Medicine at the apartment at the appointed time and let us in and walk us through and give us a complete review of the property. The property came with parking which we took advantage of and worked well. The location couldn’t be better. Outside the city center, but with a tram stop right in front that goes down to the city center.. Coffee shop, bread store right on the corner. Grocery store across the street. Only complaint is the coffee machine. We couldn’t find pods for it. We really enjoyed it. Hope to stay there again if we come back to Florence.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! One of the best accommodation we had during our vacation in Italy. Super comfortable and had everything we needed. From appliances to kitchen utensils were all great, and having 3 A/C units was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Washer and dryer came in really handy too. It’s just a few steps to Talenti Station, and from there it’s easy to get to all the main spots in Florence. There’s even a Carrefour right across the street. Cristiana was an awesome host—so helpful and friendly. This place is a real gem!

Two of the beds are not suitable for older adults, a disadvantage not totally clear from the photos in the listing. Communicating was a bit difficult over time because of the number of people responding at the agency end, but also because I was the booker but not staying in the apartment myself. I had to rely on the guests’ claims that I could not verify in person, and acknowledge my part in the difficulty. Somewhat the same seems to be true of the agency personnel mentioned. The apartment is modern, furnished in Ikea style and mostly well equipped. The tenants noted some shortfalls in the kitchen utensils and appliances, but were satisfied overall after one of them volunteered to sleep in the living room. The location, though some distance from the city centre, is next to a tram stop, a Coop supermarket and an OVS department store, all of which provide a high level of convenience.
