Location right close to the main ski lift and the helpfulness of the owner.
A little noisy adjacent flat occupants and the building isn’t quite yet fully occupied. So can feel a little eerie. But not of material issue for our stay.

The most beautiful apartment in New Gudauri. Brand new and fitted to a very high standard. Very comfy bed and nice and warm. Ski in and ski out. The apartment has a washing machine which we used most days.
