I felt that the property exceeded my expectations. I was a little weary at first considering the price for an entire apartment but it ended up being excellent. The location was safe with nearby affordable food options I could walk to, the pool looked nice although I didn't use it, and the apartment itself was great for a solo traveler just looking for a quick night on Manila before heading onward. The host was great at communicating and I felt front desk was quite patient with me. The WiFi was pretty fast as well!
Honestly I got more than what I expected for the price I paid. Maybe the water in the shower could have been warmer but otherwise, 10/10!
The traffic in Manila is a disaster no matter where you go, so expect a bit longer getting to and from the airport.

The caretaker was so kind and generous. Always available for any question or request I had.
The shower temperature wasn’t the easiest to manage, and you lose all signal on your phone while in the hallways.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable Sam was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made the check-in process smooth and was always quick to answer our questions and assist us whenever we needed anything.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Sam handled concerns professionally whenever we reached out.
