This is our 2nd stay in this apartment. It is perfectly located so you can explore the center on foot and use several metro lines to get to anywhere you want to go. The amenities are very comfortable, there's an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a drying rack for your clothes. A good size kitchen and everything you need to cook a decent meal. The owner is very responsive and welcoming. Overall, this apartment is good value for money.
Some of the panelling in the shower area is starting to become a little loose. This may become a bigger issue in the future. The pillows were too soft for our liking and made it a bit difficult to get a good sleep. Another thing we didn't like is that there was construction work going on in the building next door which started at 8:00 in the morning and was very noisy. But this isn't something the owner can do anything about :) after all, this is Athens, it's a big city so there's always construction going on.

The location of the apartment is truly excellent - in general it is safe, and quiet enough to sleep perfectly fine. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, has airconditioning units. Everything that had been advertised, was in it. Shops around, places to eat, fairly close to the Acropolis and the underground station.
We had a little bit of trouble sleeping in the master bedroom due to the quality of the matress, but it's a personal preference. Apart from that little niggle, we had no other complaints whatsoever.

Large, modern bathroom, caking and sofa bed availability.
Bedroom not sound proofed against loud road noise and a white light flashed through the blinds regularly during night.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and modern, and the key handover was easy.
The apartment is located right in the city center. It took us about 15 minutes to walk there, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the metro.
The host is very accommodating and helpful. She responds immediately and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
If we’re ever back in Athens, we’d love to stay here again. I highly recommend it.
Everything was perfect.
