The Falcons Nest All Ensuite Self Check In And Out Luton Airport

Very nice room for a short stay

There was no key in the key box when I arrived but they were quick to pick up the phone and sort it out so all good in the end.

Clean

Creaky floorboards

Easy to access. Perfect location for the airport.

A tv in the room would of been better just to watch movie before bed instead on watching on phone

the host was kind and responsive to our questions during our stay. However, after I reported the issues regarding the cleanliness, I did not receive any further response

The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. There was hair on the floor and on the sheets, the bedsheet appeared dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. It felt as though the bedding had not been changed after the previous guests. The mini kitchen was also very dirty and greasy, with a spider and cobwebs around the window. We only used it because we arrived late and wanted to heat up some food. If we had arrived earlier, we would have left and found somewhere else to stay. I was also disappointed that after I reported these issues, I did not receive any further response.
