The location was beautiful, close to attractions of interest to our family.
The price was great.
Number of rooms and even extra couches around the place was great for our large size family.
The kitchen was stocked with tools and utensils and the outdoor grill was as well, plus there was available fire wood.
The yard was big, quiet at the foot of the mountain, with plenty of handout areas.
We had to call and meet in person to 'collect the keys' (however, it probably is standard practice in the area).
The main outdoor table that fit most of us had backless benches (small detail but the one we ran into the most).
