Property had everything that I need. It fells like a second home. It's comfortable. Close to all amenities.

A nicely decorated spacious accommodation in central Reading at a price beating the Ibis - what’s not to like! My mother in law stayed here for two weeks and it was an ideal find for such a long stay. A short walk to the centre made its location particularly attractive. The owner was v responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, 15 mins walk from train station. Good selection of shops/cafes/restaurants in the area. Very clear instructions on access. Studio flat was spotless, and had everything I could need, iron, TV, fridge etc. Bed very comfortable,

Stairs take some getting used to... steep.

The design is great! Someone really did a great job of fitting many things in one small room. It is great 👍

It was not very clean.. we could feel how floors are somewhere sticky or soapy. Something sticky was on the small tables, the dishes were dirty with some food pieces on them from the previous tenants. The room is tiny, no windows. The only possible option to get some fresh air is to open the door to the parking lot and garbage containers 🙈.. the view from the door is to the parking lot, wall and garbage containers. The walls are thin so you can hear all your neighbours. The room is very hot and stuffy, especially upstairs. I guess during the cold weather the room will be very hot.
