Easy to access. All information provided and easy to follow. Really good location. Area felt safe. The garden was a beautiful extra. Large apartment with plenty of space.

The location & apartment were fantastic!
The bedroom was a bit warm for our liking, but thats expected for Rome temps. Plus, there were 2 fans that helped to regulate the temperature.

Great location, nice street,
Door handle and window catches broken. A couple of electrical appliances showing exposed wiring. Message on dishwasher asking us not to use but no bowl or plug for sink. I asked for an extra set of bedding because there were 3 of us and bedding only provided for 2: the person responding to this request was extremely rude - have copies of text messages and photos of all items in property that were broken.
