Rooms are big, more than one bathroom option when you are in mixed company. Enough seating for a group in the living and kitchen areas. View of golf course was nice.
General maintenance. The carpet, although vacuumed and seemed clean overall, had stains. No shelf or hook in the toilet room...some people have things they need to put down, but don't want to use the floor. Remote control missing back cover, but did still work. Would have liked a "flat" pillow option as the pillows are too fluffy for some people.
