Spacious apartment for guests with dog.

We received mail from the host Vincent with links to : How to open the gate, key box. In the mail which was generally purpose were instruction for booking.com guests, separate for Airbnb, separate for direct guests.Far to many wards for nothing.”Don’t call us,Don’t send us SMS,use only this mail (The mail from the host but booking.com address, and then I got reply mail was not delivered),etc. On the mail we received the booking confirmation from the booking.com was stated that “Somebody will wait you on your arrival” ,but nobody was there. To be the host (We are renting eight apartments very, very long time) is something more than sending a General E-mail.The way how Vincent is dealing is everything but not the tourism. Our score reflect his aproach. Some people are good in driving,or cooking,or plumbing or tourism.Vincent is definitely not good for tourism, not good at all!
