Beds were comfy, the living room area felt cozy, great airflow and air con’s, the property is well located to multiple amenities and public transport facilities.
The wifi dropped out constantly and wasn’t very strong. A slight lack of utensils (scissors. Etc)

There was a nice walking path near by. We liked that it was a quiet area and felt safe. Kitchen was a good size. The home was comfortable with 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and grateful there were bathroom supplies to use.
Not that it was uncomfortable, but the air conditioning system was loud, may be needing a service? May be have salt and pepper available in the kitchen.

Convenient, quiet street.
Nice, tidy, air conditioned unit.
well renovated and plenty of storage
Street parking space may be limited sometime.
Not enough bathrooms if you have a bigger group.
Bathroom has no lock, could be awkward if you are travelling with people not from your family.
