La villa offre spazi ampi e accoglienti. Gli ambienti sono curati e ben arredati. Materassi, lenzuola e asciugamani sono di prima qualità. Dotata di ampio parcheggio interno, piscina e giardino attrezzato, la struttura offre spazi e comfort adeguati per un soggiorno rilassante.
Sono presenti 4 camere e 3 bagni completi, per ospitare 8 persone. In aggiunta agli 8 posti letto, è presente un lettino per bambini e un lettino per neonati. La zona giorno è ampia e luminosa. Le finestre sono a triplo vetro e le porte interne sono insonorizzate. Aria condizionata.
La cucina è dotata di isola con fornelli su cui, 4 o più persone, possono trovare posto per consumare i pasti mentre vengono preparati. La veranda, che dà sul giardino, offre spazi e forniture adeguate per pranzi e cene in compagnia. A richiesta anticipata, è possibile provvedere al servizio per pulizie extra o la sistemazione degli interni e degli esterni durante la permanenza, così da godere di maggiore relax. La piscina ha un bordo fuori terra di almeno 50 cm, per la sicurezza dei bambini.
Il paesaggio circostante è quello delle colline toscane, che ospita il vicino Convento di San Cerbone, raggiungibile anche a piedi in soli 15 minuti. I monti e le colline circostanti sono raggiungibili mediante i tanti sentieri presenti. La villa è situata a 8 minuti in auto dalle mura di Lucca e a 20 minuti da Pisa, entrambe raggiungibili anche con collegamenti bus, con fermata situata a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla villa, percorrendo strade trafficate solo dai residenti.
La struttura è un ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere la Versilia, ossia la costa che va da Viareggio a Forte dei marmi e le Alpi Apuane, con la rinomata Garfagnana.
A richiesta, è possibile organizzare trasferimenti con conducente sia da e per qualsiasi aeroporto o stazione dei treni, sia per raggiungere e visitare Lucca o qualsiasi altra località, tra le quali ricordiamo Firenze, Pisa, le zone del Chianti e le vicine Cinque Terre, con il porto di La Spezia e Portofino, Roma e Milano.
L'accoglienza, la cura del giardino e della piscina, lo smaltimento quotidiano dei rifiuti all'esterno per la raccolta differenziata e le altre incombenze quotidiane, sono eseguite da personale incaricato che è sempre presente presso la villa, in appartato alloggio indipendente, dotato di ingresso e spazi propri, eccezion fatta solo per l'eventuale utilizzo di un posto auto dell'ampio parcheggio (che può ospitare almeno 5 auto).

Greeted personally at the door, we were welcomed with a delicious spread of local wine, cheese, and fresh bread—a thoughtful gesture that instantly made us feel at home.He took time to share stories about the area, offering insights that enriched our understanding of the local culture and history. Whether we needed recommendations or logistical help, Carmine was always ready to assist. His suggestions led us to the best day trips, restaurants, and hidden gems in the region, ensuring every day was filled with unique and memorable experiences. If we needed reservations at a popular restaurant, Carmine made them for us. When we asked about the best gelato or pastry shops, he provided insider tips that guided us to exceptional local flavors. No request was too small, and his dedication showed in the way he anticipated our needs and exceeded our expectations.Carmine also acted as a personal tour guide, sharing his favorite local spots and arranging special outings. An evening spent savoring food from a favorite restaurant was a highlight, as was the private wine tour he organized. The spacious accommodations and beautiful grounds provided the perfect backdrop, but it was Carmine’s involvement that made our trip exceptional. We highly recommend this property.

Truly had such a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. We are a family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children under 5) and this worked perfectly for us. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and Carmine the host was very attentive and helpful at all times. The villa is in great proximity to the main walled city of Lucca and there is plenty of space to park if you have hired cars (we had 2 cars). We all had a great time using the pool and the sunbeds and you get sun right through the day up until the evening. Would definitely recommend Carmine and this gorgeous villa.

I just spent a couple of nights in this gorgeous villa, just 5 min drive from Lucca Old Town! The place feels homey, very comfy beds and everything you need and more than that! Gardens are well kept and everything has got the new and taken care of taste! Carmine, the host, organised for me pick up from Pisa Airport, only 25 min away! Arriving at villa, immersed in rural yet residential area, was a perfect way to start my holidays in the sunny Tuscany! Quiet area, surrounded by trees and sounds of nature. Shame I could not stay longer, but will definitely come back and make sure it’s in summer so I can also use the swimming pool! Definitely recommended and worth it!
