Room was clean, staff was super helpful when I had issues checking in and getting into my room (user error), and was a great location! Would stay here again for sure.

Room is fabulous.
There was a lady that checked the room before we came.
Glad she was there because this is our first time checkin through automated system.

We had a very comfortable stay in Florence. Our only small complaint is that it was confusing to enter the property, but once we figured it out, the rest was perfect. Very clean and beautiful room, super comfortable, looked recently remodeled and well kept. Convenient location , a great place to stay in Florence.
