It is a great location and very clean space. I loved how easy the check-in and check-out were.
Definitely, I will stay there again.

Great location to tourist hotspots, such as Avenida Paulista and Rua Oscar Freire for the best restaurants.
Facial recognition technology make it easy to enter and exit. It's also located in a safe, trendy area.
The only issues, room was not clean, long hairs in the bed sheets, no iron, but an unusable and dangerous steamer that burns your hands and should be thrown out.
Plates but no utensils (strange?).
It does have washing/drying facilities on level 2, so we washed all the bed sheets and towels immediately.
Has a very basic gym.
