This area is known for some of the warmest water on the Cape. Lots of outdoor space including a patio with outdoor dining, chairs, firepit, grill & an outdoor shower. TVs in the living room and all 4 bedrooms. Washer/Dryer. Tons of nearby restaurants, attractions + shopping. Only a 15 minute drive to the ferries that go to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard

There are TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. All TVs are Smart TVs with apps that you can login to. Only the TV in the living room has basic cable.
You will need to bring your own firewood for the outdoor firepit and propane tank for the gas grill.
The fireplace in the living room is not operational. Garage not available for use.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. We do not host anyone local to the area at our home.
No Locals are allowed to book this home.
Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.
Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. We would recommend the house.

The house was perfect and everything needed was there. The outdoor patio and fire pit was perfect for story telling after a day on the water. Would highly recommend and book again.
