They need to have curtain to separate the toilet . And a wall tray to put the shower gel and shampoo. Food is not good but the fruit is good.

No hot water during our stay. We showered with cold water for 3 days. Shower shares the toilet space/no separation. Mold on ceiling and spider webs on corner of curtains. Glass door does not seal tight when closed. It has an opening on the bottom as intended and I found ants in the room, on the bed. It is a decent homestay for the price we paid. Location is in Tam coc, down an alley, just a few minutes from main road. Breakfast was what we enjoyed most.
