The instructions to receive the keys were very detailed and easy to follow. The apartment is really spacious, actually bigger than we expected, with all the amenities you could possibly need. For a stay in Como, the location is great.

100% not the properties fault, the property is awesome, but when visiting Lago di Como, Como isn't really the best place to stay, other cities are way nicer and more convenient.

Perfekt gelegen, an der Hauptstrasse zwar aber mit Fenstern in den Innenhof. Carrefour direkt nebenan, ein Haus weiter ein sehr gutes Kaffee. Die Altstadt in 150 Meter Gehdistanz

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. In der Nähe ist ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, eine kleine Bäckerei und eine gute Vinothek.

The apartment has a very good location at only 7 minutes away walking distance from the lake and the Duomo. It was clean and spaceous, it had all amenities for cooking and I must say very good stainless steel cookware. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the bathroom was clean and modern.

The one thing everyone seeks when booking a stay is PRIVACY. And apart from all the good things about the apartment that would have granted it an amazing review, apparently privacy was not one of the things included in the relatively high price. The check out time was comminicated late to be 10 am which anywhere else we had stayed in Torino, Alessandria, Milano was 11:30 and even flexible. Not only did they were reluctant to prolong it to 11, but they entered the apartment with their key at 9:30 which is OUTRAGEOUS!!! They entered while we were sleeping and then left the door wide open??? So if they can enter at 9 they can enter at 3am for all they care?? Outrageous and completely unprofessional. Shame really, because we would have left a stellar review otherwise. Another thing is that they did not left any dish soap for us to clean the dishes but the prize included 50euro for cleaning which apparently the guests cover for now, but still there should have been dishsoap. And the coffee machine does not work. And last but not least, the electric sockets are not compatible even for their own utensils!!!
