There was no breakfast with the room deal, but the facilities were such in the room that we were able to prepare our own to our tastes. The location couldn't have been bettered and the host complied with my request for a high room with a sea view.
The bathroom wasn't particularly clean. There was quite a lot of mould on the shower curtain and some too on the tile grouting. This was disappointing, because it could be cleaned quickly and easily. Otherwise, the bedroom, living space and kitchen were all fine with no issues.

Location was perfect.
That agent was not ready for guest arrival. Waiting so long at the lobby. Room was not ready.
