The property was beautiful! So close to the ocean, and the views were amazing.

This is the perfect location if you have a trade show at the convention center. The parking spot included is extremely helpful. The apartment is well equipped and much more affordable then the insane hotels in the same area. The owner is very helpful and the check in process was very smooth. I will be staying here every single time I have an event in Long Beach.

Nothing everything was great!!

Well appointed, with nice bedding and extra snacks. I had some problems getting in (miscommunication; partly my fault) and with the parking but the host was extremely responsive. 10 minute walk to convention center (technically across the street but the entrance is allll the way down the block and around the corner on Pine).
No AC in the bedroom. I was able to cool down the apartment sufficiently to sleep, but this is basically a non-starter for me.
