The location of the apartment is very good. It is in a quiet and green residential area, in the suburb of Rouen, with good bus connections to the city. There are a supermarket and some cafeteria and pizzaria next to the residential complex. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the flat buiding without a lift. That was okay for us, and we have some views to the green park behind the building. The apartment is clean, spacious and the kitchen is reasonably equipped.
We didn't meet the owner or the assistant for renting in the complete period of the stay. All communication is through the Booking app. If you don't have internet, you cannot get any information. We did not have wifi for the complete stay period. Instructions of the apartment is not very clear, for example, the wifi, the waste dump etc. It would be much better to have clear instructions in the apartment. It would also be better for the owner and Booking.com to have more clear description of the apartment.

A simple but comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with a good range of shops nearby and regular bus service into the city.
Hard to find any fault
