This is lovely boutique hotel close to the centre of Tyrano and its station. It is elegant and stylish with good facilities. The neighbouring restaurant and the hotel is owned by the same people and there is good coordination between the two.

The location was fantastic and as a guest breakfast was included and we got 10% off at the restaurant next door for dinner - the food was yummy. The room was wheelchair accessible and they provided me a seat for the shower. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the basic necessities for our short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The bed was a quite low to the ground and this made getting in and out difficult, especially as I have limited mobility. We have never had to pay to store our luggage after check out before at a hotel and we have travelled all over Europe and other parts of the world. This seems like it should be a service included in the nightly rate/overall price of the stay.

Flexible staff and friendly. Super helpful. Close to everything downtown especially the Bernina Express station and main train station.

Clean and good location
Simply the air conditioning stopped working during the night. If you want the room colder you need to open the window, like a cave, but more expensive and there wasn’t nobody to complain during the night.
