We loved how beautiful the property was and everything was very clean and well maintained!
It was a little far from the main shops and restaurants (about a 20 minute walk). Also, they were a bit slow with replenishing room items (ran out of tissue and never had it replaced and our robes were dirty and we never ended up getting fresh ones).

The location was perfect. Not far to walk into town but also free bus to and from. The restaurant was excellent. Very good food, staff and prices. Room beautiful large airy with a balcony which was a bonus.

Location is lovely, quieter part of town with a gorgeous view of Cascade mountain. Very clean, lovely “Canadian feel” to the hotel. Hot pools are brilliant and so enjoyable to relax in at the end of the day.
No wardrobe in the room so not a lot of places for clothes storage. Elevator sometimes took an age to arrive at our floor.

conveniently located to banff town and bus pass included to take you there
it’s really expensive and they don’t do room service or have any coffee and tea stations. the bathroom doesn’t have any fans for when you shower or want to ventilate. carpeted so there’s smells and a lot of gnats in our room.
