Loved the location: patisserie, restaurant just beneath the apartment, free parking on the street, sea view, not packed with tourists. The apartment is spacious, enough for 2-4 persons, friendly host, driveable distance to Taormina, Catania, Mt Etna. Enough chairs, plates, glasses, cutlery, spacious fridge.
I missed having soap in the bathroom and dishwasher soap to do the dishes. Also I missed having a trash bin in the bathroom.
I know its not the owners fault but the walls are very thin and in the weekend the locals were incredibly loud ALL NIGHT. Our kids slept well but we had a terrible sleep that night.

The apartment we stayed in is small but clean and well-kept, with everything one may need. The hosts were exceptionally kind to us and accommodated our late arrival. We stayed in the winter, but the location, for a summer stay, is simply exceptional.
