Clean and accommodating, perfect for a one night quick stay.
Finding the location was a bit difficult. Missed the immediate turn into drive and had to search a bit.

It was INCREDIBLY clean! I also love that there is a kitchen and a designated place to put your shoes down by the front door instead of walking around inside with them on.

Clean room. Shared kitchen and bathrooms are also maintained well.
Roughly 10 min. walk to Lake station. Also, you can walk to Del Mar Station in 30 min.
When i stayed here, two super markets were available within 5 min. walk. So, you can cook easily by yourself.
Bathrooms and kitchen is shared with other guests. I missed this information, and if you care, please note. The kitchen and bathrooms are well maintained, though.
