It was in a great location to get to Plaka and the Acropolis only a short walk up the street. It was also close to restaurants and eatery for easy access to food with kids. Quiet residential area and felt safe.
The size of the apartment and having two toilets worked well for our family.
As it is in a residential building, there are tenants with dogs above the apartment, which occassionaly we could hear scratching and walking around in the middle of the night. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

Just about everything was great! Hosts were very helpful, apartment was extremely clean, and location was fantastic.
Wonderful property. Only issue was that shower went from freezing cold to burning hot with just a slight turn of the temperature control knob, so be careful. And elevator wasn't working consistently when we were checking out. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

The location is walkable to town and the beach, and it’s easy to catch the bus coming back from the beach instead of trekking up the hill. The location is quiet, which is so important since this town parties until the early morning, but I do not! The owner is fantastic, and very knowledgeable about the island. We plan to come back to Ios and stay at Pavezzo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located. All sites were walking distance. Neighborhood is very safe. Great food, coffee, bakeries in the area.
