The location and cleanliness are excellent.

The front door of the house doesn't open from the inside. The lock is faulty. You shouldn't leave the key outside.

Me gusta mucho la atención del propietario y su hermano muy amable y dispuesto ayudar en todo lo recomiendo muchísimo volvería está muy bien ubicado todo queda muy Serca

There was no toilet paper, I had to buy it, there was not a single socket to use the appliances in the kitchen, the kitchen was very old and worn out, there were no utensils, only one fork, I had to buy it and leave it there, The bathtub in the bathroom was leaking, it flooded the entire bathroom twice. There is no hot water in the bathroom sink, the bathroom window is in the kitchen and the steam was going into the kitchen. Some things need to be renewed. The light switch in the kitchen is squeaking and buzzing, it could cause a short circuit. I had to run power strips to the kitchen so I could do something to the primitive oven. The common areas in the entrance where the apartment is located are in a deplorable condition, food on the ground, dirt, dust...
