Really great location near to the Lake and the heart of Chicago with easy parking. The building is beautiful, and the suite is super comfortable.
Access was challenging at times. Digital locks were faulty on two occasions, leaving me the choice of waiting outside for assistance or hopping the fence to access the apartment. Not all will be able to do the latter. But staff were responsive and apologetic .
