Location was good near the central train station. Restaurant next door does amazing pizza. Kitchen facilities were good, (although knives need sharpening).
The property was very hard to find as google maps kept taking us in the opposite direction up the street. The restaurant next door should be mentioned as a landmark. The bed slats kept falling out. There were no kitchen cleaning cloths to wash the dishes. The espresso pot should not be used as there are parts missing, (it exploded)

Close to train station, walkable, large towels and AC.
WiFi reception in bedroom was sparse.

Not much really. I wouldn't rate it as a 4 star apartment.
The property was not as clean as I would have expected. The air-conditioners did not work well at all. The kitchen lacked basic items like sponge, detergent, tea-towel etc. The host messaged me to empty the bins and take the rubbish out to the big bins on the street ourselves. We had an issue with the smoke alarm going off and when I messaged him about it I really didn't get any help or solution for it. There is tape holding down the carpet near the kitchen and there are other trip hazards throughout the apartment.
