My stay at The Platino was excellent. The unit was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities. The location is very strategic right next to Paradigm Mall, which makes it super convenient for shopping and food. The swimming pool is beautiful and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The host was very kind, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting JB.
The pool was nice, but the guard was a bit too strict and sensitive while we were swimming. We know he was just doing his job, but it did make it a bit hard to fully relax.
