Property was in excellent condition with everything you needed and in a great location

Excellent location, decoration is lovely and the bed super comfy.
Great reactivity from James, the host. Super friendly and helpful.
The studio smells damp and has a lot of moisture on the baseboards, in the bathroom... nothing dries.
Loud noises (doors slamming) are disturbing in the evening from about 7 pm until midnight.

Loved the location, bus stop nearby to take you to/collect from the beach - or mootch around Bondi junction Westfield. Great space, nice kitchen with fab equipment to use too. Cute balcony. Oh and good sized fridge/freezer for any essentials you might need whilst staying.
The bathroom was a little grubby/worn out and smelt like damp. No cleaning equipment (sponge for dishes or cloth and cleaner for surfaces). It would have been good to know the pool was also out of action as that was one of the reasons I booked this studio.

The property was exactly as described with a cosy interior. It had everything I needed for my short stay! Easy check in and out with James being super informative and a great location. They had put thought into the little things that made the stay that much more comfortable!
