Questo appartamento premium di 120 m² presso l'Hauser Kaibling Mountain Resort può ospitare fino a 6 persone e combina comfort moderni e fascino alpino. Tre camere da letto con letti matrimoniali con materassi a molle garantiscono un sonno ristoratore, mentre tre bagni con doccia e asciugacapelli offrono ulteriore comfort. L'area benessere privata, con sauna e vasca esterna sulla terrazza arredata, invita al relax e permette di godere di una vista magnifica. La sua posizione proprio accanto alle piste offre un comodo accesso allo sci e allo snowboard.
La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di posate, pentole, piano cottura in vetroceramica, forno, frigorifero con congelatore e lavastoviglie. Completano la dotazione un tostapane, un bollitore, una macchina per caffè filtro e una macchina per caffè a capsule Nespresso. All'arrivo troverete un kit di benvenuto contenente pastiglie per lavastoviglie, detersivo per piatti, una spugna, sacchi per la spazzatura, panni per la pulizia e strofinacci. We have stayed at this property before and previously enjoyed one of the private villas, which was excellent and a big reason we chose to return. This visit, however, we unknowingly booked the apartment located above the main reception area and restaurant. To be fair, the apartment itself was very nice. The interior accommodations were comparable to the villas, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the location significantly impacted our experience. Because the apartment is situated directly above the restaurant, cooking odors and smoke were frequently noticeable during business hours. Outside of restaurant hours, there was regular early morning noise from garbage collection, as well as deliveries of food products, linens, and other supplies. The combination of these disruptions made for a very different experience than the peaceful atmosphere we had enjoyed during our previous stay in one of the villas. We would gladly return to this property again, but only if staying in one of the private villas. If you are booking here, I would strongly recommend confirming that your reservation is for a villa rather than the apartment above the restaurant and reception area.
