Overall my stay was great. Claudia's communication was on point and she was very accommodating. I did not see a pool, hot tub or workout area as per the listing. I didn't need any of that but there could be confusion for someone who might. The air conditioning kept the 1st floor very cool but the upstairs remained warm. I purchased my own toilet paper because the one ply that was provided just wasn't working. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would rent again.

Claudia was extremely easy to work with , very friendly and accommodating- the house is very cutely decorated, there are 5 bedrooms that are comfortable and clean but not big she did a great job utilizing every square inch of the house I would recommend staying here !

Great place for a football weekend with some friends and their kids. The location is on a quiet street and walkable to the University. Very close to Corby’s. The place was clean. Very nice furniture. Nice comfortable memory foam beds. Plenty of bedroom space for a group. Plenty of places to dine and hangout. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee maker was nice. Overall one of the best game weekend places we’ve rented.
