It takes less than 5 min to walk to the lake, grocery store, or food trucks! Please note that it is located in an area that is rebuilding and so there is frequently construction noise.

Note: Detroit Lake is a reservoir, and the water level is controlled by the Army Corp of Engineers. The lake is typically full May through August and draws down in the fall and winter. This varies year to year. If you’re looking to launch a boat, check on the lake level ahead of time!
