The apartment, approximately 70 square meters, can accommodate up to 7 people and is located on the 1st floor of one of the most beautiful and ancient historic buildings in the city, equipped with an elevator.
In the structure, you will find: a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing-drying machine, a living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for smart working is available for guests.
Located in the vibrant heart of the historic center of Civitavecchia, in an area rich of cultural attractions and characteristic local spots, it is the ideal location for short stays for those passing through the port and, at the same time, it is a perfectly equipped apartment for longer stays in the beautiful seaside city, just a stone's throw from the capital.
Upon request, the following can also be arranged:
- Private transfers to and from the Rome airports and/or any other requested destination;
- Cultural or nature excursions;
- Food and wine experiences;
- Concierge service also in Rome.

What a perfect spot to stay before boarding our ship! It was easily walkable to the shuttle pick-up spot on the morning! There was an awesome pizza restaurant right beside (that also serves gluten-free if anybody needs) and a brand new coffee shop just around the corner. Lots of shopping and cute little streets to investigate as well. We felt safe and had a great time! The place was clean, beds were comfy and I would stay here again 100%. 5*

We had such a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment—it was incredibly comfortable and perfectly located, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. One of our favorite finds was the market just a short walk away—definitely don’t miss it! Getting to the cruise line shuttles was also quick and easy. The owner was truly accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with, which made the whole experience feel seamless and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.

Communication was great. Easy to get keys. Close to downtown and Laundromat. Loud talking and smoke from downstairs stores so couldn't have windows open. I was told no drinkable water in accommodation 3 days before we arrived.
