The staff and everyone were so polite and friendly they make you feel at home😊😀

Disappointing really. Rooms and facilities were good but the food and the staff let it down badly.
When we arrived, reception seemed to have lost the booking, claimed that their computer system was down, and we had to pay cash to get the room.
