Excellent location, with amazing sunrises, and the sounds of crashing waves. Clean, and well-maintained, with lots of extras added in that really enhanced my family’s experience, such as kids toys, games, pool toys, and more. The property was exactly as pictured.

Really nice all around. Easy to find, beautiful spaces, pool is perfect! We had our three children with (6,9,12) and the separate cottage was ideal. Only problem was balancing exploring Eleuthera and relaxing at the house, wish we had more time for both!

Let me start by saying how cute and reasonably priced this house is! They had a book (we didnt need it, but that didnt matter) and it was full of activities and all about the island. The main house was set up perfect for a large group. Plenty of room at the table or out on the deck for meals. No one complained about their beds. I know mine was comfortable!! Each bathroom had amenities with soap, shampoos, conditioners all things needed (no lotion, but wouldn't expect it). The MIL suite was super cute the pull out couch makes it very crowded when pulled out so beware there. We just half folded it every day to supply more walking space. The pool was perfect for just a relax, let the kids or whoever wear down and play when we cooked dinner or just lounged in the evenings. The beach (Rainbow Bay), literally a block down the main road was amazing and the kids had a blast learning to snorkel there. We brought our own snorkel gear but the house did have a few masks we found in the closet (no fins). If you want to soak on the little beach by the house its quite difficult too get to and the ocean even on calms days had swells too big to permit a trip down there. Negatives (so very few). The biggest was there were ZERO cleaning supplies (other than a broom and small amount of dish soap). Last was not doing dishes/laundry/shower if one of those were going. With 12 people trying to do dishes after every meal and trying to do laundry when we were gone all day was a fun game.

The house is lovely and equipped with all that you would need, from beach chairs to snorkel gear. The host was also super responsive to questions and requests.
