The staff are very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Madam Donya who was extremely professional and a true role model for hotel representatives.

The staff was really pleasant and helped us with securing the sunset cruise as well. The hotel is right on the Nike river which made our stay really fun as you see the activities that happen on the nile for our breakfast and dinners.
Sonia and Omhabiba we also very kindly during our stay. I will mos def recommend them for our next stay.
Not much to say to be honest… at the price point everything worked as advertised.
