It was clean, well stocked with kitchen ware and basics such as dishwasher tablets, olive oil and tea. It was very spacious and bright. It was good value for money and it wasn’t too far from the main city. I like a good walk so it was about 45min into the town but there’s also a direct bus which took about 15 mins. There’s lots of little coffee shops around and a super market!

The bathroom could do with an upgrade and the pillows weren’t too great. The WiFi didn’t work for a few days BUT the team were ever so accommodating and helped fix it ASAP. They were even kind to provide a small compensation for the trouble which we highly appreciated

The apartment itself is spacious, modern and nicely renovated, and the location is very convenient, close to the metro station and with some nice cafés nearby. Unfortunately, the number of maintenance issues we encountered upon arrival made it difficult to give a higher rating.

The shower was completely clogged, so we could not use it at all on our first day. Although the staff arranged a repair very quickly after we reported it, this is something that should have been checked before new guests arrived. The toilet seat was also broken and had to be repaired after we reported it. These are basic issues that should have been noticed during the apartment inspection. There also appeared to be a plumbing problem in the bathroom, as the floor remained wet throughout our stay. We reported this, but unfortunately it was never resolved. The fridge was leaking and became extremely hot, to the point that we had to leave the cupboard door open to prevent it from overheating and switching off. There were also ants in the kitchen. The air conditioning was not available, which was disappointing, especially during our stay in summer. If the air conditioning is only available upon request or for an additional fee, this should be clearly stated in advance we did not realized that when booking) The TV also did not work. We also had to request additional toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, as the initial supply was insufficient. To be fair, the staff were very responsive whenever we reported an issue, and some problems were fixed quickly. However, guests should not have to spend part of their stay reporting and waiting for basic maintenance problems to be fixed. The apartment should be properly checked before arrival, especially when these are issues that could easily have been identified beforehand. The apartment has a lot of potential and, without these problems, we would have rated it much higher. Unfortunately, the condition and lack of proper preparation upon arrival significantly lowered our overall experience and rating.

Appartment sehr groß, gute Ausstattung. Die U-Bahn und eine sehr gute Pizzeria ist in 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft hat eine Klimaanlage, aber Ende Mai war nicht möglich, sie einzuschalten.

Me gustó que no estaba lejos del metro y de los autobuses. Teniamos una buena terraza arriba (aunque solo pudimos usarla un par de dias) Tenia lo básico para poder pasar unos pocos dias, una lavadora que para lavar la ropa del viaje y de andar el primer dia vino bien.

No me gusto que sabiendo que ibamos con niños con carrito, nos dieran una habitacion en la que habia que subir muchas escaleras. Igual que dejaron un par de pastillas del lavavajillas podrian haber dejado una para la lavadora, tambien podrian dejar una escoba y una fregona para cualquier cosa que se pueda ensuciar y no habia. La nevera muy pequeña y estaba super congelada, no enfriaba bien, la ducha no tragaba y teniamos que esperar bastante rato para poder ducharnos todos, di parte a limehome pero nadie lo solucionó. No me gusto que los vecinos hicieran una fiesta y saltaran por nuestra terraza para poder llegar a la otra y ahorrarse ir por las escaleras. Me dio sensación de inseguridad y mas teniendo niños.
