The location was excellent, with easy access to many iconic attractions that are on every tourist’s bucket list. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and making the most of our stay.

Matt was extremely helpful and obliging, and made sure we had a comfortable stay.
Useful to have a ground floor apartment with a senior and small child among our party. A quiet street (except on Saturday night..but it's Paris!) and convenient to the Champs Élyseés, Metro and Tour Eiffel as well as practical shops.
The furniture is not new but we didn't care about that, it is comfortable and sufficient.
The facilities were good and beds comfortable for our multi generational family trip. Great shower especially.
Nothing major, but the cupboards were a bit fragile - would be easy to damage accidentally. The kitchen was well equipped, perhaps some more consumables like olive oil would be useful. But really it was very good.
