Their communication was really good. Check in and out was also very efficient. You park behind secured closed gates and the security/receptionist waits and assists with arrival. The staff is also very friendly.
The rooms were neat and clean. Each room also has a small mini fridge and a kettle for coffee.
Just take into consideration that the bathrooms aren’t the most spacious. But each room has their own bathroom.

Everything is as it's supposed to be. Very clean, very professional, No less
If you come last, you might park blocking others. In my experience, they woke me up around 3am just to move my car, they people are friendly and sincerely apologize, but it is really not a good thing.

Very convenient and affordable

Safe location and was really close to where I needed to be each morning.
Shared kitchen and iron which was inside the house and I had an outside room behind the house, meaning if I want to warm my food I should walk out in the rain and paddles of water to the kitchen and most nights I had to settle with eating cold food. Only one shared iron among the property, no ironing boards in the room. Too much invasion of privacy with everyday cleaning without asking, you step out and find that someone was in everyday, perhaps every second day would do or communicate with customer what they prefer.
